Beach Day by Brassica - Sechelt, BC

Beach Day – a pop up opened in the old Porch restaurant located at 4748 Sunshine Coast Hwy, while we wait for the Brassica Gibsons building to complete – has opened! We opened our doors quietly on Tuesday, May 31st and it did NOT stay quiet long. It was an extremely successful evening and we are looking to complement our already stellar team with a few more strong cook candidates.

Guests are already raving about the local farm-to-table Canadian Cuisine, warm hospitality and unparalleled service on the Sunshine Coast. We pride ourselves on our selection of local fare through our food and drinks. We have a carefully curated food menu that adheres to the seasons. The menu is about bringing people, all people, together at the same table, enjoying local, organic products, feeding not only our palates but feeding our souls as well.

We are looking to hire LINE COOKS! Are you passionate about the service industry? Looking for a change? Do you want to work in one of the most exciting new locations this industry has to offer? Our industry has been through the ringer of late and we are hopeful of a strong bounce-back. To do this – WE NEED YOU! We are willing to relocate the right people and have staff housing to offer! We are also offering incentives - $250 signing bonus (payable after week 1 of successful training) and an additional $250 payable after month 1!

The benefits of this position are competitive pay, medical and dental benefits with 20+ hours working per week, professional development and work-life balance.
