Garam Masala is the most well-known Indian spice mix, it is a mélange of key Indian spices. It can be used to marinate proteins and veggies, to create rich gravies, in a quick stir-fry or as a topping on French fries. However you use it, the aromas will be irresistible. ‘Garam’ means heat in Hindi but we assure you this doesn’t indicate the spice/ chilli level.
