Coho Collective's mission is to nurture dreams, supercharge small businesses and innovate the food and beverage industry. This month, we are opening our seventh Western Canada location to introduce a brand-new food concept to the industry: Coho Eatery. The 2,200 square foot space adapts to the needs of the rapidly growing commercial hospitality market. Coho Eatery will include a shared kitchen space for ghost kitchens, and both dine-in and take-out opportunities.
This location will feature a commissary kitchen in the back and a casual restaurant concept in the front. For the first time ever, guests will be able to order food from multiple members, all in one transaction.

Members can operate as ghost kitchens and reach a bigger audience through third-party delivery apps and through Coho Eatery’s front-of-house space. Coho Eatery features a beautiful restaurant and an ocean view patio where meals can be enjoyed in a family friendly environment - giving members the chance to offer their meals for dine-in, an opportunity ghost kitchens don’t usually have.

For the customer, this new concept means they’ll be able to order directly from several members working in the commissary, all-in-one transaction. Everyone in the family want something different? Coho Eatery’s goal is to make our members' delicious creations approachable for everyone, by offering the opportunity to order from several different brands at once and being able to eat it in our restaurant and ocean view patio.
Located in the heart of White Rock’s restaurant row, Coho Eatery is a gem for restaurants looking to expand their operations outside Vancouver.
